Mgr. Marek Dlask specializes in providing comprehensive legal services to business entities, particularly in the areas of corporate law, commercial disputes, and enforcement and insolvency proceedings. In addition to commercial law, he also focuses on civil law — representing clients in divorce proceedings, child custody matters, settlement of marital property, and inheritance cases.
His expertise further extends to real estate law, including the preparation and execution of property transfers, lease agreements, and related legal matters.

Previous experience of practising law
He gained his professional experience already during his studies, completing an internship at the District Court in Pardubice and working as a legal intern in a general practice law firm. He later worked as a law clerk in a law firm specializing in private law.
