Mgr. Petr Kučera has experience mainly in criminal law and criminal proceedings. He also specializes in civil and administrative disputes, i.e. in representing clients before courts and administrative authorities, especially in the areas of civil liability law (compensation for breach of contractual or statutory obligations), corporate law and administrative law.

Previous experience of practising law
He was an investigator of tax and economic crime in the Czech criminal police force. Before that, he worked as an associate specializing in disputes in the Czech branch of the Cerha Hempel law firm.
He speaks fluent English and, at a communication level, also French.
