JUDr. Jakub Fröhlich

SPECIALISATION
JUDr. Jakub Fröhlich has vast experience mainly of the areas of commercial law (including mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring), energy law, civil law, construction law, telecommunications and broadcasting law, as well as intellectual property law (copyright law, including collective rights management, trademarks, patents and utility models, personality protection, domain law and unfair competition law) and also of engagement in projects of due diligence audits of Czech and foreign companies. He has also dealt with a lot of cases of insolvency law, by representing creditors and cooperating with insolvency trustees. He has frequent experience of litigation, too (both as an attorney and as an arbitrator) before ordinary courts, arbitration courts and administrative courts.
